Description

There’s some interesting history behind the El Cap Boot: It’s based on the French Varappe-style climbing shoe, a model that became an absolute must-have among old-school climbers in the Yosemite Valley and ultimately led to modern climbing footwear. The El Cap is built around a custom last for a more forgiving fit (so you can daily these boots), while the handsome leather upper gives it an awesome throwback look. It’s paired with rubberized leather around the toe, heel, and base of the upper for durable protection against scrapes and bumps, and the Blake stitch construction makes these boots infinitely resoleable, so they’ll last a lifetime.
